When our previous repair man retired he referred us to John. In the past 2 years, John has been very diligent and accommodating in our business. I called this past Sunday to leave a message because our AC at our business was not working. Karen called me within an hour. She had said that Monday was booked, but he did make time and we were grateful because it was 97° outside and in our shop it was hotter. Each time we've called Fitchburg appliance they have showed up in a timely manner. Also after they do the work they follow up to make sure you're satisfied. We are very pleased that our previous HVAC guy recommended this company. John's prices are fair and we find him to be a very reputable guy and will continue to do business with him and recommend him to others.

Received excellent service. Prompt, professional, came out, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it within 48 hours. $95 was also a bargain for all the work the technician did. I would highly recommend.Service: Dishwasher repair

Great mom & pop type shop(& super friendly pooch)!!!! Super easy to set up appt., very friendly and quick turnaround for them to get my ice maker back up and running!!!! Will def use them again if I have any appliance troubles. Thanks John & Karen!!!
