This summer, when Feen's came to service our Jotul woodstove, we asked them for a site check of a fireplace we were considering fitting with a woodstove insert. They assessed the space, did some measurements and offered us some suggestions for what might fit in the space. The main store was then able to offer us brochures and examples. When we decided on the insert we wanted, the main store was able to route us to financing and recommend a few masonry experts who could finish prepping the fireplace before placement of the insert. Mr. Feen was very helpful in explaining what would (and wouldn't) work in our space for a fireplace. Shown around the showroom and sent home with catalogs of other options available. There were many grills and accessories on display too.

This family business is a “best” family business. As a single mother with a lower income, I was treated with so much respect. ALL options were explored- even options not connected to Feens. This is a company with integrity for sure. I am so happy with everything.
