John came to Manor on the Hill to tend to one of our residents that passed and he was by far the most amazing, caring and thoughtful care taker I have ever dealt with. He allowed the family as much time as they needed with their loved one. He showed extensive care and compassion to the family and to our resident. I have dealt with many funeral homes/assistants and I have never been so impressed as I was with him. I would highly recommend Brandon Funeral Home in Fitchburg for your loved ones.

Brandon’s Funeral Home went above and beyond for our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the moment they picked up my loved one, through the service and all the way to the burial, they handled everything with such care, respect, and compassion. My grandma looked absolutely beautiful and was so well taken care of, which brought us a sense of peace during our grief. They made us feel supported, heard, and never alone throughout the entire process. I truly cannot thank them enough. The people here are wonderful. They were very generous and kind to us. I will not explicitly say what they did for me because it’s a business and businesses don’t run on charity. The last thing I want to do is cause unintended problems for them in an industry I don’t understand. With that said, I am forever grateful for what they did for me. It was also interesting to see people show so much compassion for my case in an industry where dealing with “bodies” is just another day in the office. If you guys see this, thank you so much 1000x.
