from the initial phone call to the end of the inspection, it was a great experience. Chris wife took my phone call and got me scheduled ASAP. Chris was almost unreal in his knowledge of everything. It was more of a guided tour and presentation to me (the buyer) than just being presented with paperwork and findings. His son who is also part of the family bussiness was also there helping to capture important photos of the visit. Chris took into account the way the house faced north with determining the age of the roof and siding. He went over every inch of the home garage and the land directly around the house. Chris and Nick were amazing at our house inspection! We are first time home owners and they both did an amazing job going though everything slowly with great explanation and asking if we had questions along the way.
