I just had a Hot Stone Massage with Mark LiCalsi at Uptown Body and it was amazing! His studio is very serene and comfortable. The entire Uptown Body facility is brilliant. The owner has done a magnificent job in creating a very professional atmosphere that is decorated for both men and women. I highly recommend Mark as a massage therapist, and if you're interested in Pilates or Yoga definately checkout the classes and individual training sessions at Uptown Body. I'm a fan!
