Sandy is awesome! She’s teaching my little one to swim. We had our child in swim classes elsewhere for two years and has yet to improve so when we switch to Sandy, to do one on one, our little one was swimming on her own in 4 lessons! She’s fun and our child loves and enjoy swimming with her! Highly recommend. I have to try her sauna and massages too!

Sandy gave me an amazing massage mixed with sound healing to ground myself after a big move and also some reflexology which was so wonderful. I will be back and can't wait to try the trampoline classes :)

Sandy always does a great job, I have been going to her for massages for more than 5 years. Today I came with so much pain on my hip, I could barely move. She worked on it and after one hour massage a left with no pain at all. Thank you Sand???y
