I'm on my 4th set of window orders. All 3 previous deliveries were incorrectly sized.
1. MC measured the openings and original order placed 2/12/25. First set delivered 3/14/25, too narrow.
2. MC remeasured the openings & reorderd. No way to get priority with Marvin as this was distributor error. Second set arrives 5/2/25, sill angle is incorrect!
3. MC reorders with corrected sill angle, unclear when they actually placed this order. Again, no way to get priority with Marvin as MC error. Windows delivered 7/3/25, too tall!

Went on Saturday to pick out decking and posts and the 2 at the counter were completely useless. They just sat there and pointed out where to go while never leaving their seats. It’s hard when you work all week so being open on a Saturday was helpful but just wish we could've have gotten some direction.

Great customer service. Great prices! As a roofer and sidewaller I used to buy all my roofing and siding supplies from places like Beacon sales and Harvey's B.P. because that's what they specialize in and were generally more competitive with prices. Ovet the last few years Mid Cape has really stepped up their game on that front and actually have better prices on roofing and siding materials then those other places. And they have just as big of a selection. And they're a local business. They're the best around.
