So I have been here for the last 2 tax seasons. The First Lady I went to perfect.Her name was Anna Pacheco. Everything went smoothly. This year I go to Jill, I’m going to start by saying I’m super disappointed. For her to be a tax adviser and input the wrong bank routing and account number is unbelievable. I will be doing my own damn taxes this year. I now have to wait for a few more weeks to get my money. Just disgusted.

My husband and I had went to the Fall River office and had our taxes done by Jill. She was very friendly and efficient. We previously had used HR block, and when we went to file with them we noticed things didn’t look right. Jill fixed all that, and then some! Our return increased by over $2,000!We will never use another tax preparer again, can’t say enough how grateful we are!
