I have been doing taxes with CSEP for a few years now and overall very satisfied with their service. I am so happy that they do a great job working with folks who don't really understand the tax laws. Elaine always takes her time to explain and help sorting the documents. She often provides us support via Whatsapp outside regular business hours.If you come in the really busy season, yes you will wait... however it's only because she really takes her time with each customer.
