The doctor was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant to talk to as he did the exam. However his office is listed on my insurance website that they accept it, but none of the staff has heard of it, or knows how to process it. It’s been almost 2 weeks since my eye exam, and I haven’t even ordered glasses yet because they don’t know where to charge them to. The staff was looking into it, but they haven’t returned my calls.
