I've never been so disgusted with an office before. I had surgery booked that almost had to get cancelled due to their surgical booker not doing her job and ignoring multiple calls from myself and hospital I was having surgery at. The lady from Newport hospital had to go over and beyond her job and call insurance company and do their job which she didn't have to do. Fast forward I have a telephonic appointment for follow-up after surgery and the doctor never calls me or anything. I call the following day multiple times no answer straight to voicemail. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I am beside myself! They called me the day of my appointment to tell me not to come in for my appointment because Phyllis would not be there. She has semi-retired. THE DAY OF! AFTER sending me NUMEROUS reminders of my appointment! BUT here is where it gets BAD! I had 1 week left on my birth control. I told the woman that. I have left 2 voicemails and a message with the answering service after being told they would call my script in. Here we are a week and a day later and I have NO prescription for my birth control AND NO call back!! I have been seeing Phyllis since I was 15 years old! Renee Desrosiers the Nurse Practitioner, she is by far the best Dr in her field. She takes her time talking to you and listens to all your concerns. She's incredible!!

As for the receptionist who schedules the appt's or checks to see if your results are in when you call, is the most RUDEST receptionist I have ever spoken to!! She is totally unprofessional at her job and I'm blown away on how she speaks to people, I asked her kindly for her name but she refused to give it to me. Receptionists like that should not be dealing with the public.
