We’ve been using I&F bi-weekly for over 3 years. They always do an exceptional job, and are responsive to feedback and requests. Filipe is great about working with customers on any issues or big change requests, and the whole team is very respectful and friendly. When I had my first baby Filipe himself came to make sure the cleaning during our first week home wasn’t disruptive, and to accommodate a different timing than our normal slot. I would absolutely recommend I&F.
I&F impressed me from the start. I live in an entirely different state from where this company is based and they continuously do their best to accommodate my requests for cleanings. They always get me in and never flake or reschedule.
At our first meeting Filipe walked me through a thorough consult and was fully informative and professional. Ingrid came for the first clean and it blew me away! Each subsequent time the girls have come they've been prepared, so kind and hard working. When they are done my house smells and looks so good it’s like a dopamine hit, lol. I wish i could afford to have them come weekly!!
