I had guests coming over and needed my place cleaned while I was at work. Arielle had responded over the yelp chat and told me she would be coming in to complete the job at 4:30. She did not show and did not tell me she wasn't going to show and my out-of-town guests came to an unclean apartment as I was still at work. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. If she wasn't going to come, she should have at the VERY LEAST told me so I could get things situated otherwise. As you can tell from my profile, I almost never review a company but I wish I had a review like this to warn me so I'm making sure it's here.
