“Just an awesome group of individuals. Dealing with Curtis and his crew was a great experience, his level of customer service is unmatched. He appears to be an amazing person, both from a personal and business standpoint. I wish him, his family and business the best.”
“I cannot recommend Pioneer Basement strongly enough; I wish I had so many more stars to give! After months of frustration with a competitor who left me with a failed, fully-paid-for project and zero communication, working with Pioneer was both a lifesaver and a breath of fresh air. From the very first consultation visit, it was clear they were the polar opposite of their competition.
I can't thank the Pioneer team enough for their extreme professionalism, deep knowledge, and tireless work ethic. They were incredibly creative in solving a unique problem and made sure every last detail was perfect. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to anyone with waterproofing needs. One hundred stars to Mike Oliveira -- thank you so much for the numerous visits to ensure my house was in order!”
“The crew was here daily first thing and worked hard all day. They got things done quickly and Bruce made sure everything was going well and we were happy.”
