An unfortunate victim of the Gabriel House fire in Fall River 07/13/25 lost his eyeglasses in the evacuation… the Red Cross tracked down Rx and frames ordered within the past year and a set of replacement glasses was ordered for him by Samantha…at PrimaCare Fall River…she was professional, diligent and efficient and saw to their patient’s needs…😎

The minute I walked in I felt special the care of the associates was amazing then then Dr Centracchio stepped in & worked her magic to be able to help me with new prescription Glasses! I have been seeing Dr. Centracchio for years now! She is always so professional and takes the time to chat with me despite how busy the office is. Quick, efficient, kind and brilliant! Also took amazing care of my father and diagnosing his cataracts and gave our family an excellent referral for surgery.
