Only reason I give this place a 1 star is because of the doctor that did exam, I literally stood at desk for 10 minutes while they were going back and forth with a patient and her contacts, mind you there were two people there but only one apparently working, the optical center lady that works there is just rude she was rude to .e and my daughter, she literally told me to quiet when I was asking her questions so she could sit there and talk to herself, my 12 year old even wanted to say something about how unpleasant she was being, after all that she told me a my daughter we weren't eligible to get our glasses it would be fully out of pocket even with our insurance, I literally have never had that issue anywhere before just think she was a mean person I heard it from others that told me not to go there but now I know never again....sad thing is I should of read reviews because there are so many bad ones ....

Wonderful experience because all of the ladies working there were exceptionally nice, professional & knowledgeable about insurances, products, & procedures. Dr. Kupz was very nice as well.

I've been coming to this location and seeing Dr. Mastrolia for over 15 years now. I have never considered any other doctor or practice. Out of all the medical professionals I see, he is my favorite. I look forward to appointments. The staff here are lovely and it's so easy to schedule appointments in a timely manner. 10/10

I was seen a few years ago maybe 2022. Was the worst experience ever. The doctor came in and never introduced herself. Did the exam in leggings and a t shirt so I don’t even know if she was even a doctor. She said I needed an eye drops but didn’t specify. I asked if I needed a rx. The person said - “FOR EYE DROPS.” With Sarcasm. I have worked in the medical field for many years. I walked in there with sweat pants and big sweater and African American. I feel like if I was of different ethnicity I would have been treated better. Anyways I’m saying this because I am looking for a new eye doctor but I refuse to go there. I will travel if i have too.

STAY AWAY. I’ve worn glasses my entire life, I’ve always gone to LensCrafters but they stopped taking my insurance. I decided to try Eye Health in Fairhaven and I’ve never been treated so poorly. One of the assistance who stunk of cigarettes told me not to waste her time because I was curious about contacts. They told me a contact fitting fee was $150 and not covered by my insurance, this was false. I took my business to Visionworks in Wareham, they are amazing. They took the time to look through my insurance and make sure I was using all my benefits.

The doctors here are top notch. The optical and contact center women doesn’t know left from right. You call asking a question and she always replies “oh I’ll make a note.” But when you call again she will repeat the same thing and is shocked when you tell her “you’ve told me you made a note yesterday”. That women should be fired because more and more patients I’ve spoken to said she’s the reason they are finding a new eye doctor. I just wanted to go back to my daily contacts (I’ve had them prior just used monthly for a better cost). She couldn’t figure it out. I call Dartmouth and the manager said this was an easy request and to just come here since many people are calling and complaining about her. I’ll miss my doctor but not worth the god awful service of the older women in the optical/contact center.
