“I've brought my husky, Akira, here for over a year now across several appointments, and the peace of mind alone is worth far more than what they charge.
I say that because I'd had a bad experience at a previous groomer — Akira came home with her belly shaved, and when I asked if there had been mats or another reason for it, I was told no. There were no mats (I brush her daily), and shaving a husky's coat isn't something to take lightly since it can affect their coat's ability to regulate temperature long-term. So I've been especially watchful since.
Here, I've never had an issue. Akira goes to the back happy every time and comes out just a little tired but totally normal — never fearful or uncomfortable. She's always spotlessly clean, smells great, and the cute little accessories they send her home in are a fun bonus (we keep them all!).
Booking is easy, pricing is upfront, and the whole team is genuinely warm with the dogs. The space is clean and welcoming too. Most importantly, I'm confident that if anything ever did come up, it'd be easy to talk it through with them — which honestly should be the standard, but isn't always.
