The doctor was one hour late for my appointment and parking in the garage cost $9 for the almost 2 hours it took me to get out of there. I don't have any problem with the quality of care, but charging patients to park while they wait over an hour to see their provider is crazy.
I KNOW THIS PLACE BY IT'S GOD GIVEN NAME, "THE WHIDDEN",... "ARE U KIDDIN'..". LOL... JK. IT HAS A BAD REP OVER THE YEARS, ON THE CONTRARY, I PERSONALLY HAVE NEvER HAD A NIGHTMARE-ISH,,, EXPERIENCE AT THIS WONDERFUL ESTABLISHMENT. I was admitted to a single room. This place needs some serious maintenance and house keeping. Medical staff was great. When I entered my room I noticed a lot of broken furniture, closets, peeling ceiling and rust around most of anything made of metal. The mind blowing part was the fecal matter left on the side of the toilet from the previous patient. That was disgusting I notified the nurse and it was cleaned up immediately.
