I've been dealing with Cottles for a while now and any location I go to, they are always eager to help and so pleasant to deal with. I really appreciate their customer service - one of the best on the island.

Without a doubt some of the nicest people with whom you would ever want to interact. Fair prices, combined with a helpful, knowledgeable - and always smiling - staff. Carl in Custom Millwork is the best. So very helpful and willing to do what is needed to help with projects. My "go to" place for any lumber/woodworking needs.

I needed to replace a few boards on my back deck so we measured them up and went to Cottle's in Edgartown. I thought the price of the fir boards was fair. There was no extra charge for cutting the boards although the cuts were not necessarily even I was able to use them after a little fixing. Staff was very helpful with our purchase from the warehouse to the cashier. They also had nails so we had a one stop shop.
