I called Neil at BTU during a heat wave this summer. I was a new client and contacted them about 4 o’clock on a Friday. He responded immediately and showed up with his guys an hour later. Has been extremely helpful, and reliable and responsive. Highly recommend.

Neal is perhaps one of the most professional, polite, responsive and first-rate tradespersons I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Returned my phone call within an hour, on the weekend no less, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired the same afternoon. Cannot recommend Neal or this company highly enough!

We had an issue with our forced hot air heater, unfortunately it had to stop working at 630pm with a 24 degree temperature outside. Neal, Amy and the BTU team were extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to get someone out to the house fast and got the heating system back up and working.
