We ordered wall to wall carpeting for three bedrooms and were required to pay a large deposit. We were encouraged to bring a sample home to be sure about the color. David came out and measured the rooms for accuracy even though I had done it previously. Nyomi was responsive to my calls as we waited for the carpeting to come in (a couple of weeks). The installers were polite and did a good job. They informed us that the mats under the old carpets were still in good condition and were thicker than the mats ordered (only one price and style for mats) so we decided to keep the old mats. We absolutely love our new area rug! Thanks for taking the time and helping us pick out the right size rug for our office space. You don't get this sort of help at the big box stores.
