Spirit of the Heart Martial Arts and Wellness
“It's hard not to fall in love with this Martial Arts school. I've only been practicing here for a couple months, but it feels like I'm already part of a welcoming & wonderful community!
Nancy (Majikan) & Morgan (Pendekar), along with the other instructors, are true rock stars! They are so talented, and yet so humble. They make learning & practicing Silat such a treat.
I love the variety, intensity, depth and playfulness of the classes:
meditation, cardio, sparring, strength training, team play, self defense, music & choreo (Cun Tao Lunka), etc.
Very grateful for Spirit of the Heart”
