Nancy (Majikan) & Morgan (Pendekar), along with the other instructors, are true rock stars! They are so talented, and yet so humble. They make learning & practicing Silat such a treat.

I love the variety, intensity, depth and playfulness of the classes:
meditation, cardio, sparring, strength training, team play, self defense, music & choreo (Cun Tao Lunka), etc.
