I'm an accountant, but I'm not a tax accountant. For years I prepared my own taxes, thinking I was doing the best job possible. For the last five years Bernice has been preparing our taxes and she has consistently surprised me. I have a refund on the way this year instead of the federal bloodletting I was expecting, and I have complete confidence in her ethics and expertise. I found her office professional, friendly, and easy to deal with as well.

I try not to dwell on how much I overpaid in the years before I started going to Bernice's office, but I know where I'll be bringing my taxes next year!
