I've been coming to Mercedes for several years now and admire her kindness and professionalism. I have great trust in her advice. Minor aches and pains are addressed as well as my concerns about them. Recently I had tingling in my right hand and forearm. I expressed my concern about having to get a doctor involved, for fear of their enthusiasm for invasive procedures. Last night, a friend and I went to Mercedez' sunset meditation at First Encounter Beach, which she holds at 6pm, I believe every Wednesday night. This experience was one I will never forget. I have sat in on meditations before and I do meditations on my own... however, Mercedez has a true gift of pure love. Her meditations were different from anything I had experienced before. She welcomes the whole you by providing the space for healing and centering with her gentle, soothing voice.
