They are the best. They did a wonderful job building the house and later with various tasks and upkeep including a chimney rebuild. They do high end projects but are also great for the modest homeowner. I’m using them now for a small window project and Dave H was there the next day getting specs.

Working with the Team at Cape Associates was a fantastic experience. They are a highly professional, customer-oriented company willing to work with the home owner to develop the best plan for your home. We had mini-splits installed and the work was outstanding--it was an impeccable installation, everything neatly laid out with care and attention to placement of condensers and conduit. There was great communication along the way about the process, wonderful patience in answering questions, great information about all the details, and everything followed the plan without a glitch! We are so pleased with the work, and really happy we went with Cape Associates for this work!

Cape Associates provides an extremely professional, understanding, and fun place to work or even turn into a career. Many people have been loyal for 10, 20, even 30 years and have shared stories with me. Feels like a family. Everybody in the offices and shop work so hard and are all so friendly it feels like they are working for me. Great environment and they are always willing to help out, brain storm, and come up with solutions to any situation. Highly recommend
