I set out looking to create a new bathroom for my mother in our new house. After reaching out to MANY contractors to get quotes I reached a frustrating conclusion that finding the right person to do the job may not happen. I reached out to Manuel Labor in the morning and by the afternoon he had come by to take a look at the project! He made suggestions to save money and was able to give me contact information for electrical and plumbing. Hiring Manny was the best decision I could have made! He got the permit done quickly and immediately got to work! He coordinated with the other contractors to make sure it was all done (in 3 weeks!) before my mom returned from Florida! His attention to detail and communication made it so easy for me, as the customer. I highly recommend him to anyone looking— after getting the project underway I finally got a quote back from a previous contractor and it was 3x the price I ended up paying! I’ll be looking for more projects around the house to hire Manny for—he was THAT great!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Manny and his team. He helped us step by step figure out the best way to tackle taking out a wall and putting a beam in to achieve the open concept look I’ve always wanted. His team was always on time, friendly, worked around our hectic schedule (kids, pets etc) reasonably priced, and wowed us with the end results. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. They fit us in before the holidays and finished on time. Manny took a big project and completed it with ease. I look forward to having him and his team complete more work in our home. If you are looking for a contractor that checks all of the boxes-I highly recommend Manny. Wish we found him sooner! We are so grateful!

Could not be more grateful I called Manuel Labor Inc when I was in need of a new roof and skylights, and had potential interior water damage within walls. Manny was the only contractor who visited the property to quote my roof who actually took the time to dive into the root cause of my water damage. Within 10 minutes of being on my property, Manny had already identified a flat spot on my roof directly over the area of potential water damage inside, and found another area under a window next to the addition where water had caused rot under the sill and frame. Manny and his entire team did an incredible job with both my roof and skylights to have me water right before the next storm in order to prevent any further water from entering my home. He also provided me with an in depth explanation on the importance of proper flashing, and provided me with a cost effective solution to remediate a poor flashing job that was existing on my siding that meets the addition roof he replaced. Once I was water tight Manny and team were back shortly after to remove, remediate, and repair all of my interior water damage. Within a week the damaged material was removed, new studs and joist repair installation was complete, and the back corner of my home was opened up, repaired, and re-sided. Looks like I never had water damage in the first place. Manuel Labor provided a great product, full transparency throughout the job, and proper and fair pricing. Manny is as good as they come in all aspects of his job, and is an even better person. Manny and his team are the type of people you want working on your home. It was easy to see off the bat that Manny has a passion for his work, and it certainly shows with the results. Doing things the right way to remediate the problem was what I was looking for in a contractor, and that is exactly what you get with Manuel Labor Inc.
