Chris, the inspector of our pending new home purchase, did a great job. The inspection itself was very thorough and he was communicative throughout the process.
The report was detailed and extensive, yet very clear and helpful and it was delivered via email in only a few hours after the inspection was concluded.

If you are nervous or apprehensive about who to hire for an inspection on your home purchase, I would highly recommend giving Chris a call. He was very professional, informative and responsive from the initial phone call. He was able schedule us in a timely manner and provided me with the report later on the same day. During the inspection he was very thorough and was able to share his expertise with me while going through the house. His report was clear and easy to understand. We hadn’t had a home inspection done in over 20 years, so we were naturally a bit nervous about what might be found. Cosmic Properties Inspections LLC did an absolutely amazing job and put our minds at ease.
