Tim did an excellent job of restoring my porch, not only painting it but replacing some rotted wood. He also power washed the rest of the house and reglazed some old windows. My house looks like new! First and formost, Tim's expertise and craftsmanship is apparent in the final product of our exterior paint project. We're extremely satisfied with the work and the house looks revived and beautiful.The reason why we chose Tim was due to his appreciation and respect for old Springfield homes. He immediately identified the possible pain points that would need addressing in a 100 year old craftman home (window glazing, sanding, cleaning, and color development). We had Alternative Painting paint the outside of our house and it came out better than we could have imagined. Tim the owner gave his honest opinion on everything we needed to do and he did the rest.
