My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process of getting a new rug from RPM. Our initial contact with the salesperson, Viola, was as we had hoped it would be. No pressure, a thorough review of the many options available, and an offer to take multiple options home to check-out. The quotation was quick and we selected the desired carpet in one day. Viola also introduced us to a floor refinisher who turned out also exceptional. Lastly, the two young men that came to deliver and install the pad and area rug were very professional and had no issues with adjusting the rug position in the living room to our wants. Nice selection of carpet and flooring. Knowledgable sales staff. Installers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Competitively priced but their customer service rises them to the top. Super nice. Great experience.
We are thrilled and so very pleased with our new flooring of Coretec Pro Premium vinyl plank purchased and installed by RPM Carpets. From the selection process to the finished floor the staff and installers were a delight to work with. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and responsive. The communication was excellent. This was an expansive project laying flooring in 5 rooms plus closets & powder room covering over 1600 square feet. We would recommend RPM without hesitation.
