The whole experience of getting new rug on our stairs, hallway and office was wonderful from the beginning to the end.Viola was very easy to work with showing us what was available and answering our questions about the installation. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

I have used RPM over the past few years to update our flooring and they are the best. Not only are the sales people knowledgeable but the installers are very meticulous and the job is perfect. Everyone is so nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
