Laurie made arrangements for my 16 x 36 above ground saltwater pool to be closed for winter. It cost less than the company that installed it 3years ago. The guys did a great job. I needed a new cover only because I didn't store it properly in my shed . The chipmunks and rabbits used it for their bed there and elsewhere. ???. Lesson learned. I would highly recommend pool pros ?

I have been a client of Pool Pros for more than seven years and my experience has been wonderful. After working with five different pool companies, I was blessed the day I found Pool Pros. Whenever I had an unexpected problem or just a problem I could not resolve on my own (which is many), I call Pool Pros and they are here immediately. They have assisted me in purchasing/installing pool equipment (pump, cartridge filter, salt cell and so much more), and I have a large gunite pool. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of pool assistance (openings, closings, repairs, or just to get advice on anything pool related), these are my go to guys.

Not sure what happened. We have been so happy with them opening and closing pool and they installed a new liner for us as well. Scheduled opening for April 27th as May was already booked. Never heard another word and no one showed. No one reached out since. Not like them at ALL.EDIT: Added stars back because once they realized their mistake, they reached out, were incredibly apologetic and they had someone come out today to open the pool. Thank you.
