“Rosa and Anthony are the two individuals from Summer Exterior that we worked with on setting up the rood installation and chimney repointing. They were great to work with. The installers did a wonderful job on repointing the chimney and installing the new roof. The only issues we had were that we were unable to get the 50 year warranty from Owen's Corning because we would have had to replace our decking material with all new plywood at a cost of $3000 and we didn't have the contingency money for that. Had we known that Owen's Corning had specific conditions for their warranty, we could have taken out more money to pay for the extra work. Also, once we signed the contract and our first check was cashed, we didn't hear from the company with respect to a general idea as to when they would be out to do the work. It all worked out in the end and the results look amazing. Overall we are very happy with the company, their workers and the work they performed. I would definitely recommend them to others to have work done on their homes and properties.“

Team Ferreira installed an attic gable vent with an electric fan on a 35' high wall with-no-direct-line to the top AND also replaced an old horizontal skylight requiring a detailed new installation. They took care that ladders were not rested on gutters, and their tips were wrapped to prevent scuff marks on walls; all work areas were left clean. Adrian and his on-site leads-Marcel, Antonio together with other teammates did a fantastic job; they will do all that is possible to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
