Summer Exterior Inc., led by Luis, is a highly recommended exterior company that provides superior quality work at very reasonable costs. They specialize in roof repair and installation of gutter leaf guards. The crew is easy to communicate with, responds to inquiries in a timely manner, and gets the job done promptly. They are known for their attention to detail, as demonstrated by their roof repair around a chimney, where they added a "cricket" and re-flashed the area. The gutter leaf guards they installed are of the stainless-steel mesh type, mounted on top of the gutters. Summer Exterior Inc. leaves the workspace clean and is very competitive in pricing. Customers are highly satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.
My bathroom ceiling was leaking during rainstorms due to bad vent pipe flashing installation from the previous owner. Fatima was very professional and helpful with scheduling an estimate. Luis came out and gave me a fair and reasonable price to repair my roof and came the very next day to complete the repair and now after two rainstorms my ceiling is finally leak free. He was very profesional, punctual, and skillful as the repairs look great. My roof will need to be replaced in the coming years and I will definitely be using them again. Rosa and Anthony are the two individuals from Summer Exterior that we worked with on setting up the rood installation and chimney repointing. They were great to work with. The installers did a wonderful job on repointing the chimney and installing the new roof. The only issues we had were that we were unable to get the 50 year warranty from Owen's Corning because we would have had to replace our decking material with all new plywood at a cost of $3000 and we didn't have the contingency money for that.
