I travel all over the United States working. Have to admit I hated on weekends to do laundry. I found Neptune like a month ago and they do a amazing I mean AMAZING JOB with washing my cloths. They pick up wash it and deliver it back to me all at an very affordable price. Carolyn is exceptionally super nice to deal with. NEPTUNE WE NEED ONE IN EVERY STATE... AS LONG AS YOU CAN CLONE CAROLYN... When I am in the Boston area I am more than delighted to use Neptune

I don't often write reviews. Tried Neptune yesterday for the first time, found them randomly with a quick Google search. Laundry from the holidays was piling up and got a bit out of hand. Their wash & fold service completely exceeded my expectations. Their online app was super easy and intuitive to use, pickup was facilitated by Uber and very smooth and right on time, they had a menu of add-ons like Oxi-Clean, I wrote in asking them to put all collared shirts on hangers and they actually did (I find writing things into orders often gets missed), and the drop off was seamless. Very good hours, low prices, I can dry my clothes for free, I would personally like them to extend the hours to 24 hours, many options, they work long hours and my family and I don't dislike getting up early, I think that when the sun rises our time is better, whatever. I think that everyone chooses their time but the place is wide
