Both through a combination incredible facials that she customized specifically to my needs, but also for her recommendations on skin care products.I was already spending a small fortune on products, but the products Jennifer recommended for me (all carried by Joy Skin Atelier) have had more dramatic results then anything I've bought myself after hours of research.The only reason I don't want to write this review is I'm afraid it will make getting an appointment harder as more people find out how fantastic Joy Atelier is. The first call I had with Lynsday cemented my desire to work with LSB - she was so warm, knowledgeable, and friendly. The two women who worked with me for my wedding are two of the kindest, most talented, down to earth, fabulous women to work with in the business.Amy did my hair, and she was just point blank phenomenal. I live in NYC, and if I could reasonably commute or plan hair trips to Cape Cod, I literally would in a heartbeat. She truly listened to what my vision was for the day, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, calm, and relaxed whenever she could, gave advice without making me feel obligated to go any particular way, and was just an all around fun and joyful presence on the day of my wedding. Not to mention, of course, her exceptional hair styling prowess is the stuff of legends.Eliza did my makeup, and this woman is a PURE ray of sunshine!! Knowing I felt like a fish out of water when it came to makeup, Eliza listened to what I wanted, executed effortlessly, and made me feel like a princess in the process. I felt so insanely beautiful. Her talent is out of this world, and I cannot recommend her enough. And again. Who wouldn’t want a LITERAL ray of sunshine with them the morning of their wedding??? “We found Jenny Luu through a feature in Boston Magazine where she was listed as Boston's Best Wedding Makeup Artist! And boy, they were spot on! Jenny and her team are simply amazing! She is extremely professional, organized, and a master at her craft. There were 9 of us getting our hair and makeup done on my wedding day, and we were a little nervous not knowing much about her other artists on her team. We were pleasantly blown away with their talents as well. It was such a calm and enjoyable morning with these sweet talented women. I could not have been happier with both my hair and makeup. It was honestly exactly what I dreamed of and more! It was a soft glam look that made me feel extremely beautiful without looking overdone. I was glowing!! My hair was complete perfection with my soft romantic curls, exactly how I described. Every bride should feel this thrilled with her HMU on her big day. My bridesmaids and MOB/MOG were equally ecstatic. Jenny and her team traveled to CT and everything worked so efficiently, and Jenny was extremely detailed and responsive throughout the entire process. And, best part, our hair and makeup looked perfect throughout the entire day (15 hours and beyond). It was incredible! Jenny is an absolute dream, I cannot say enough about her and my flawless and gorgeous HMU on my wedding day!“
