“We recently had Stefano’s Landscaping install a beautiful in-ground fiberglass pool at our home in Andover, MA, and we could not be happier with the experience or the final result. From day one, their team showed up consistently and worked hard every single day until the project was complete. They have a large, extremely experienced crew, and the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding throughout the entire process.

What truly sets Stefano’s apart is that they handle almost everything in-house—and they do it exceptionally well. Their fencing work was better than dedicated fence companies we’ve used in the past. Their team is just as knowledgeable about pool construction as they are about hardscape and landscaping. It’s a true one-stop shop, and you can tell they are deeply loyal to their brand and genuinely committed to their customers. Everyone we interacted with was professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

The owner, Greg, and his team genuinely care about the outcome. There are no shortcuts—they do things the right way. Greg personally stepped in at key moments to oversee important aspects of the job and used his experience to guide us on decisions like equipment placement. The final result ended up being significantly better than the original plot plan we shared, and even the inspectors commented on the quality of the work during the final walkthrough.

One of the biggest reasons this project was so successful was having a true project manager from day one. Our PM, Jesse, was also our salesperson, so he was involved from the very beginning—through proposal revisions, competitor comparisons, and countless adjustments. Once we signed, Jesse seamlessly transitioned into full PM mode and managed the entire process end-to-end. The continuity, professionalism, and expertise he brought made the project essentially stress-free. Despite having a large crew, roles and responsibilities were clearly defined, and everything ran smoothly. It’s clear they know exactly how to execute large-scale pool and landscape projects.

Our lot was sloped and challenging, but they expertly leveled it and completely transformed our backyard. The fiberglass pool is gorgeous, paired with an incredible patio and decking area at a very competitive price. They perfectly matched our existing granite, added beautiful retaining ledges, and planted arborvitae for privacy—turning the space into a true private oasis.

The crew was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. The site was left spotless every single day—our neighbors even commented on how clean everything stayed and how friendly and courteous the team was. They handled nearly everything themselves, including all pool plumbing and equipment. Electrical was the only separate trade, and that coordination was seamless. We truly didn’t have to worry about anything—no loose ends, no surprises, nothing left for us to fix as homeowners.

We even added an outdoor shower as a last-minute request, and Greg personally helped us find a smart, cost-effective solution without any hassle. But what impressed us most was that, at the very end of the project, the team spent several extra days perfecting the paver install over the automatic pool cover. Instead of using the standard exposed metal access panel, they created a completely seamless, custom solution that looks like it was designed that way from the start. We didn’t even ask—they just went above and beyond because they cared about the final result.

“I have been a customer of Gerrior Masonry and Landscape for about 8 years. They have always been professional and reasonably priced. Our first experience was for them to fix a retaining wall and paver walkway botched by 2 other landscapers. They did an fantastic job matching the current pavers and stonework used. Most importantly, the area was finally functional and beautiful. This year we took on a large renovation project. Our outside work included a large stone wall (jointless with connecticut fieldstone hand cut), a main walkway to the home, replanting garden beds, window well retaining wall made of cobbles and granite, granite mailbox post, plus fixing our sprinkler system. The whole team was top notch in their professional skills, communication was timely and often with the owner of the company as Joe is heavily involved in every project. We have had numerous challenging experiences with contractors during this renovation project, but Gerrior Masonry was incredible every step of the way. “Reviewing walkway and patio contractors, including my own, I found that Masonworks had a consistently very high rating. I was suspicious at first. Well, you can believe their ratings!
Junior was extremely responsive, even as we were having difficulties picking colors. He knew the product lines, offered excellent suggestions, which we incorporated in our project.

“I met Moises from J & A Tree Service trimming trees at another house on my street. I asked him if he would mind giving me a price to trim a large tree which was not on my property but the neighbor behind us but was hanging dangerously over our property and to remove a large dead tree on our property. He gave me an excellent price and even though he had another tree removal later that afternoon he did it the same day for us. What a great job he did not only removing the branches I asked him to remove but he cut down many others on his own. He and his crew cleaned up my property like there were never any trees cut down. Definitely the best tree service around if you need one.“
