“I called Kevin in a panic at the beginning of December, as we were getting new countertops installed and needed our sink disconnected/ removed prior to countertop installation. “I’m giving this company a truly honest & FAIR review!! During this storm I understand they are in high demand. Once they were able to help out they got in touch and came down to see us. Our Navien system had a problem where the fuse relay part got fried during the power outage. Was a quick diagnosis because believe it or not, we had spent the past 3 days troubleshooting and the tech confirmed the issue. He said probably a couple hundred bucks and left to get the part. The boss sent us the quote of $1500. to get this box to restore our heat (and being without heat since Monday during the blizzard we were desperate to do this). The tech Greg was a friendly GREAT GUY and the installation was quick! The price tag was a lot more than expected! I assumed it was going to be 1,000’ish but definitely NOT $1500! We were desperate though with a sick kiddo in our house without heat! Happy with the service but I feel that quote was just too high. I Chose 4 stars because the service was good but the price wasn’t BUT I KNOW they have the right to charge what they want and during desperate times people will pay it right?? thank you for fixing our heat!“
