I was at Bay Eye Center this morning to pick out new glasses. What a wonderful and professional experience! It was quick and painless, which says a lot, because eye glasses shopping can be quite the ordeal! Fran and Nancy at the front desk were so kind and helpful, Kristen, who helped me choose and purchase my glasses, was patient and brought out lots of different options for me to choose from even though, with my prescription, options can be quite limited. Christine, (office manager), gave wonderful input and manages an obviously top-notch staff!

From my daughter, Emma: I am 13 years old and have been seeing eye doctors since I was 3. Of everyone I’ve seen, Dr. Burrows has the warmest personality. She takes time to explain everything and answers all of my questions in a way that makes it easy to understand. She never rushes me and is always on time for our appointments. The women who work at Bay Eye Center are just as lovely. As soon as I walk in the door, they greet me and my mom with the brightest smiles. They are always helpful when my mom has any questions or needs to get me in to be seen on short notice. They also have great candy at the reception area! I love Bay Eye Center and trust them to help... read full review

I was so impressed! Visit was friendly fast and overall a great experience. I usually sit 2 hrs at a routine eye exam and this visit was 30 minutes from the time at check in till I got to my car.
