I have been getting my haircut by Jen and she is fantastic. You know how it is when you find that great hairdresser that listens and gives you the cut you asked for? That's what I get here. It's also clean and friendly. Great place

After 9 yrs of living across the street decided to walk in . It was empty was told there were two people under hairdryer. Mind you all I wanted was a trim, hair was washed and still wet. The two workers who were present were just standing talking . I was told they couldn’t trim …. Hmmm why not if two were under the dryer. Will never go again. I was told by neighbors they’re over priced and not great . I guess that’s why I didn’t see a full house. The excuse was owners on vacation. LMAO this is why I don’t see no other hairdresser besides my own of 23 years if you’re interested, go to Jacqueline salon on Lawrence Street in Lowell not this place.

Good hair cuts from Susan and Jen great root dyes . But they shampoo terrible so I don’t recommend getting your hair washed if it’s already been done . Too quick and don’t wash it well at all
