I have been going to Ryan's since the age of 14.I used to have my hair cut by Barry's brother long before I met Barry.Krista is now the owner and the sweetest young lady.Lil has been cutting my hair now for more than 25 years.When my wife and I go to Ryan's it's like visiting family.As long as there is Ryan's, we will go nowhere else.

My hair stylist, Donna, was courteous and professional as always. We have known each other for years so every time we get together for my haircut we sort of play catch up on any news of our families or books that we've read. It's nice to have that kind of relationship with someone outside of your immediate family.

A few days ago I wrote a negative review about Ryans. It's something that I don't do very often. In all fairness I think that the girls who were there said that they didn't know that the person who gave me a time for my appointment was with a girl that starts at 10:00 .I got pretty angry when a person who had a 9:30 appointment was taken before me. The owner of Ryans approached me today and made a heart felt apology. The reason I wrote that review is because I have been going there for so many years that it hit me hard that I've been going so long and it was like a slap in the face.
