CoolAir was very responsive. I was not in MA when my T-stat alerted me of a temperature drop. Within a few hours the tech was there and resolved the problem. A few days later an unrelated problem happened on a Saturday early morning when it was -1 outside. Within an hour they were on-site and resolved the problem. Great job!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about CoolAir company. On the coldest day of the year, the furnace failed late in the afternoon—and they still showed up on short notice. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the options, and got us on a path to a solution immediately.
In less than 24 hours, they had a brand-new furnace installed and running, restoring heat when we needed it most. The entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free—from the emergency call to the final install.
