I originally contacted CoolAir About five years ago for some work in our condo building’s common area and was most satisfied. Since then, many neighbors in the building and on our block here in Lowell have used CoolAir. In December ‘24, when my own HVAC system was failing, CoolAir provided a most competitive price and assisted greatly with processing an energy rebate.
