Coach is absolutely an amazing trainer. He's been working with my son for several months one on one and truly has a heart for fitness. I've been able to witness the positive changes in my sons attitude towards the gym and his physical transformation. He's become not just a trainer but also someone my son really looks up to and is motivated by to do well. So grateful to have found CKS!

CKS Training is the best in Town! I have joined many gyms over the years but CKS Training is my favorite! In the group classes, you get instruction and demonstration straight from the trainers on how to do the exercise and in proper form. The trainers are amazing and they want you to succeed!! From day one, trainers learn and remember your name (unlike a big gym). The best part is all you need to do is walk through the door and give it your all - the trainers plan out the entire workout and have the equipment ready for you. GAME CHANGER! CKS Training is the what I’ve been looking for. I’ve always been unsure about what to do when working out or insecure about going to a gym, but at CKS Training, the vibe is so right it makes you want to commit 100% to your fitness journey.
