I just called out of the blue about a roof issue...some shingles came off and I was concerned about a leak with the rain that was forecasted. I had no prior relationship with the company. Brian happened to be around the corner from my house and stopped by immediately and fixed them immediately. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be calling him for some repairs that need to be done. Seems our other roofer did a lousy job as 2 companies told us the same thing.
