Very disorganized. I booked with one lady and then she ended up not even working the day I went so they had to find someone else for me. They had me waiting way after my appointment time because they needed to find someone to wash my hair. Speaking of, instead of just telling me to my face, they use the other girl who was also waiting as a make shift translator because they assume blåck people cant know spånish (just like every other råcist spånish salon). Great service! Everyone was so nice, loved my hair. I did a blow out and a cut it came out beautiful! The music was also a vibe!

I would make an appointment prior to coming in. I waited over two hours and wasn't very happy with the outcome of my nails. I wish I definitely said something but didn't want to offend the nail artist and had already spent so much time waiting anyways. At least I tried the spot out and know now not come back. Definitely not worth the $60 for short nails that were crooked. Left with a bunch of cuts on my fingers
