They actually opened their store came in made her glasses and I had them within an hour on a Sunday! Amazing! My daughter has been wearing glasses since she was two. She found the perfect horn rims that I always gravitate too but this time they are shaped better for my face and have more of the lighter golden in the frame along with the brown. Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient. “I have Keratoconus and it can be pretty debilitating. I can't drive, I get headaches, etc. I went to a well known Optician with many locations in MA. I waited for 3 years (yes, years) for them to get me the right lenses through trial and error, and eventually gave up.

Dr. Rae Huang got me the first version of my lenses after one MONTH. We had to do minor adjustments since then, but nothing unexpected/out of the ordinary.
