That hospital was good before, now it’s gone house is possible, one person can only take call for making the appointment take the decision to telling the patient can she’s not transferring the call too the nurse because she determines is no a emergency the nurse in the pediatrician department went I need at copy of important medical evaluation from my son , I need too wait 72 hours really no I will be pick up all the records for my family and I will be change from that hospital.that customer service unprofessional they need understand what with telling them.

There’s almost ALWAYS and issue with my prescriptions at the pharmacy. I’ll get a call or message that everything is ready, then when I get here, they claim to not have the medication, or that they need to fill it and it will take 25/30 minutes. I only come here because my local CVS closed down, but I might have to go to another pharmacy because this one causes me headaches every time.

This was my first experience with DOTHouse, and it was surprisingly very pleasant. Idelisse treated me very kindly and with respect, and even called me back to offer an earlier appointment option. Once there, Skarlen at the vision center was also very pleasant while remaining highly professional and making sure my needs were fully taken care of. The staff truly seems to go above and beyond, which is so refreshing to see these days. If you're looking for a new health center, I would highly recommend DOTHouse based on this experience.
