All I wanted was to sign up as a new patient and I got nothing but attitude for no reason . If you call hopefully you don't speak with the same two people I did totally unprofessional. I should've gotten their names but they probably would have hung up on me.

I was only a patient here for about 4 years, but every single provider I saw failed me in some way; costly clerical errors, issues sending PAs for crucial meds, scheduling appointments without informing me, it goes on and on. You guys did far more harm to me than good in the long run. Needless to say I have moved on to a new provider and won't ever look back.

Customer service is rude and unprofessional When answering the phone they did not seem to like their jobs I was hung up on many times and also left on hold I sat in the waiting room and called I watched the lady put me on hold to continue her non-work-related conversation.
