You know how you always look for the perfect pillow, today this was my perfect pillow. Normally, my go to is a deep tissue or sport massage but I met with Bella a Thai masseuse. The hot towels added a new dimension, it was truly relaxing and therapeutic. I had more mobility in my shoulders and the neck tension was eased as well. All the staff were friendly. “there are many acupuncturists in the area. Most are fine. A few are exceptional - like this practice. The CNS work is a huge 'value added.' In my experience, both Sarah & Zach are great with specific things like concussion, energy balance and moods.They tend to use tiny needles. They have lovely, calm energy. And Saffy, whose hours coincide with Zach's, is another, different 'value added.' :)“
