“So greatful Anthony was able to see me yesterday! I have a disease in my back that causes severe chronic pain. When I have a flare up, I am in agony! I have had therapists that have tapped out, many that use their elbows (which is fine), some that have bruised me (again fine), 2 that hurt me badly by manipulating the hardware in my back (I am always vocal about my needs and the rods in my back) and others that have gone to light and didn't help at all (waste of $). Anthony was perfect! I always no when I have a good therapist by where they massage me. I asked him to concentrate on my neck and back. He knew that my upper arms and glutes were also knotted and in need of work. I felt so much better leaving there. Prices are competitive too. I believe $90/hour. Highly recommend going there“

When I attended the Melt Method Class, I was recovering from surgery. From the moment I scheduled my class, Christy made me feel welcome and comfortable. Knowing I was still sore and tentative after my surgery, she tailored the experience to my specific needs. I left feeling less sore and completely rejuvenated. I also went for a massage and meridian balancing session. Christy is a very gifted massage therapist. It was evident to me she was both expertly knowledgeable about the human body and also very intuitive. I felt like she could sense where I most needed tension relief and she soothed my stress away! I booked another appointment!“

“For never having been to a spa, it felt strange being so anxious going into relax. Stephanie did my skin care and facial. She made it a tremendous experience, eased my nerves! Stephanie also made great skin care recommendations when I told her I didn’t know much about skin care. Andrew did a great job with my massage. He asked questions about pain areas and made some recommendations for me to help my tendinitis. The hot neck wraps they offer as you wait for services were very calming. It was a lovely experience :)“
