The haircut was good, but I asked for a cut and blowout and was told there were too many people waiting to have that done. When I called the day before and said I wanted a cut and blowout they told me the hours, never mentioned I couldn't get it if there as a line.
I really love this place but man, I'm crying so much over the haircut I just got. I cant believe that they thought it was acceptable. It's just really really that bad. My hair is so uneven and awful. If my bangs get cut any shorter I might as well be bald. Never go on a Tuesday. Go on a Monday.
Needed haircut very badly. So did my mom. Not crowded at all. In and out that's what it about. Clean and great stylists. Especially Sue. My mom wont let anyone else do her hair.
